Eric’s lifelong passion for baking intensified just as he began moving through a series of tiny Brooklyn kitchens. Favorite Purchase
I love the quarter and eighth-sheet pans from Nordic-Ware. They are perfect for small jobs where you just can’t bring yourself to lug out and dirty a half-sheet pan, such as: toasting nuts, heating up leftover pizza, melting cheese on a sandwich, baking just 2 cookies from your freezer stash…the list goes on. Plus, they’re sturdy, easy to clean, and don’t warp in the oven.
