This spin on a Pimm's cup uses a good dose of Aperol, and is named for an old Aperol advertisement that claimed that Aperol was good for maintaining your slim figure. Fresh mint, cucumber, and tonic keep the drink bright and refreshing.

1/2盎司juice from 1 lemon

Directions
在一个鸡尾酒调制器,混乱黄瓜和简单的年代yrup 10 times, then add mint and tap gently with muddler 5 more times. Do not over-muddle mint. Fill cocktail shaker with ice. Add Aperol, apricot liqueur, lemon juice, and Pimm's. Shake well, then pour unstrained into highball glass.
Top with tonic water, garnish with cucumber wheel and mint sprig, and serve.
Notes
To make simple syrup, combine 1 cup water with 1 cup sugar in a small saucepan and heat over medium heat, stirring constantly, until sugar is dissolved. Cool before using. Simple syrup will keep in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
